When building asset show current Bonuses

When building a new asset you want to know what it produces with current bonuses and penelties. Not what it would produce on a legendary planet far away in history. So include/show ph, salt, metal in earth pollution, radiation and so on. Perhaps even tech.
That way it is more clear if the building is worth building.
