cant get multiplayer for 2 setup

Hi,
Struggling to get the game to run mulitplayer.
Trying to setup Shiloh. I open the scenario and save it. Manual says:

In this newly created folder you will find two TRN files, each with three letters
indicating which side it belongs to (USA or CSA).
I only get two files one .hst and a USA.ord. Im playing USA.I dont see USA or CSA files. From the manual i should send the CSA file to my opponent, he should load it do his turn and send it back to me as host.
I did check the forum but the subject refers me to the original forum which is no longer in existence.
Any help appreciated.

The manual instructions are outdated, and correspond to old Ageod games.

You may use Wars of Succession manual instructions.
