unable to change alt on a/c

hi, maybe this should go to tech support but here is what i got. im playing battle of the atlantic 2028 on build 1706. if you look at the P-3 and P-8 that just departed the Azores. the P-8 is assigned to a mission, the P-3 is on a plotted course. I'm unable to manually change via F2 either a/c's alt. on the P-8 i even went to the mission editor and tried changing the transit alt to no avail. if you tell them to RTB they immediately climb to the correct alt's.

I can repro this in our latest build but only in the save you provided. We'll look into it but this may be a case of this scenario deprecating. You can try to remake the mission or do a deep rebuild to see if that fixes the issue
