Arracourt scenario, no Kampfgruppen option for German side?

Decisive Campaigns: Ardennes Offensive is the fourth wargame in the Decisive Campaign series. Covering the battles in the Ardennes between December 1944 and January 1945, it brings to life Operational wargaming by lowering the scale to just above tactical level.

Arracourt scenario, no Kampfgruppen option for German side?

Playing Arracout scenario, it is not possible to split elements into a new Kampfgruppe for german side. BTW, for russians it is possible to form new battlegroups. Maybe this is a bug or by design for this scenario for german side. Looked into simple ediors libraries, but cannot find any property to switch Kampfgruppen to ON. Anyone can help?

Missing option to form new Kampfgruppe on top right side of the window for every german unit..
