Defense modifiers if more than one terrain per tile

All 4 forest types,
All 4 urban types,
Both cultivated types,
the nine first terrain types (Arid, Sandy, Dunes, Badlands, Hills, Mountains, Alpine, Marsh, Flooded Marsh).

Only one of each could show in the IP. This was not the case for the Editor - only In-Game.

I've fixed it so that all show (even though in the last case of nine, only the furthest right tile has any effect in-game).
Are you saying the terrain listed last in the IP is the game's selected modifier?

So it would read "light woods, forest, urban" on a hex with all three terrains, and defend as urban based on that urban is the most favorable modifier?
If you're STILL making Panzer IIs after seeing your first T-34... you're probably going to lose.

I was referring to the last one above: Arid, Sandy, Dunes, Badlands, Hills, Mountains, Alpine, Marsh, Flooded Marsh. Only the last used of those posible nine would be in effect.
