)I have the same problem for SC WW1 : static line front 1915-1918 does not interest me, but the August 1914 (only in west front) period of the game interest me a lot (war movement)
1/ Before to eventually buy the game, I would know if there is a "August 1914 west front campaing" (movement war in first weeks of WW1) in scénarios or not (with a large map like in 1870 free DL integfrated to ACW).
2/ Could somebody post here (or send to me by mp) the 3D units sprites png file (unit_sprites and unit_sprites zoom), only for French and germany (only this August 1914 west front interest me, other periods -1915 to 1918- and other fronts does not interest me)
Before eventually purchase, I would want to take a look about the 3D sprites of french and germans in August 1914, to see the eventual modding possibilities (at operationnel scale), and to know if the August 1914 campaign in France is in the game.
I think that this August 1914 campaign in west (Belgia and France) could be a fantastic theme for a "operationnel August 1914 mod" : this military transition period, between "classic napoleonic battle" and "modern war", is very interessant.
