What’s the record?

Post by wevilc »

I mean, most games played simultaneously. I find I can manage 2. When my son condescended to play me it was 3. 2 is good though. Shout out to Redmonkey & Old_ Shane for the free lessons, painful but fun.

However, back to the question: how many games are you playing at once? What’s your record?

I guess six games (with vanilla). Not recommended.
I will when I play mostly have 2-3, but the ideal is only to play one. Especially when playing TRP mod, as turns get time consuming in 41 and onwards.

calcwerc, six is good! Help me out though. What means:

• vanilla
• the TRP mod

This old fool understands neither.

The World Wide lockdown takeover got me back into gaming
Wanna say I had 8 games going at once.
Nothing else to do.

Was losing at a 80%+ clip.
Didn't care, always wanted a turn to play.

Did you find it difficult to remember your plans, or even short term tactical ideas, in these games?

We are all old men here, arent we? :)
vanilla means the game, unmodified.
TRP is a modification, Total Realism Project. Much bigger map, and in many respects another gameplay. Opinions differ, but I cant go back to the base game after having tried this mod. Great fun in multiplayer, but games take a long time.

I wouldn't calling playing 8 games at once, during the Scamdemic a record.
Wait, guess you could.
Was losing 7 of 8.
No way to remember what's going on it.
Didn't care, always wanted a turn to play.
Life goes on, until it doesn't.
