2.00.03 Manual not Up to Date

In 3.7 Optional Rules, there are 11 optional rules. But according to 2.1.4, there should be 9. Should we neglect Enhanced Fog of War and Enhanced Reporting?

To answer your question regarding if you should neglect them as of now: no. Enhanced Fog of War and Enhanced Reporting are still optional rules. However, in the new user interface, they’ve been integrated into the broader Fog of War settings alongside No Fog of War and Fog of War. Instead of enabling them separately, you now choose a Fog of War level, which implicitly includes these enhancements depending on the option selected.

Enhanaced Reporting optional rule for instance requires the Enhanced Fog of War option to be toggled ON first, which was not obvious with the previous user interface.
