Problems with refuling

Post by Rubanartem87 »

Dear developers! I have a problem with refueling aircraft. Despite the fact that the equipment in the mission is compatible, the tanker aircraft refuse to refuel fighters and other aircraft that fly up to them to refuel themselves. In the doctrine, I allowed refueling of allies. I do not understand what the problem is, help me figure it out. Below I attach the save file.

Refueling can certainly be finicky sometimes but, I just let the scenario save file run and both the P-8 and RC-135 refueled. Not seeing the problem if there is one.

I did the same thing as Mark and they eventually hooked up. It took a while because they were so close together that turning radius played a role. One thing to note is I never group tankers. It can cause a lot of issues with conflicts between the tanker wanting meet with a customer and having to stay in formation.

You are right, I was not patient enough it seems.

Do you notice that the refueling starts at different times depending on the speed of the simulation?

1 Flame around Zulu 22:52, seconds not always the same in different test at same speed.

While 15x and slower is 22:59?

Thank you very much, I will send them separately. There have been many similar problems before. :)

It's strange that I didn't pay attention to this time.
