1.27a - Other majors not showing on Stats tab

According to the manual at section 5.14.2.1 at level 50 Regime Recon the affect is supposed to be "Statistics Tab active. You know their total force strength and losses and kills (Statistics)". But no matter how high I get regime recon up I see no stats but mine. It appears to be broken since Jan 2020 (https://forums.matrixgames.com/viewtopi ... 9#p4681709)
