[bug]Game speed change weapons accuracy

Saved game: Too big to attach, 11MB ☹
Description
At normal speed, the weapons miss here and there. At 2x, they miss more. At 4x or 8x, they don't hit often. It's a lot longer in real time to kill it at 4x than at 1x. Worse than that, in the situation I tested, I lose a ship at 4x that I don't at 1x. Also, I watch the fight.
How to reproduce:
I used a fleet armed mainly with the humans' Hail Cannons size M and S and attacked a gravilex with it. With these weapons, you can easily see when it's a miss from the shots getting past the target.
