Where to find an Italy map for a 1989 WP invasion

The sequel of the legendary wargame with a complete graphics and interface overhaul, major new gameplay and design features such as full naval combat modelling, improved supply handling, numerous increases to scenario parameters to better support large scenarios, and integrated PBEM++.

Where to find an Italy map for a 1989 WP invasion

So im trying to make a 1989 warsaw pact invasion of italy and im trying to look for an italian map of that period that got terrain, cities and roads so i can model it into 10x km hex map but i cant find anything that detailed. Any ideas? :D

(Scenario idea is the Soviet Union invades an ill prepared Austria, but a well prepared Italy that has a couple of brigades from the US. The Soviet Union will attack with the Hungarian Army and Kiev Military District)
