Doctrine Screen

Do these check boxes do anything anymore? They used to show whether an option was locked out from change by the scenario author but they don't seem to have any effect anymore. In the Editor I see some are unchecked on any given scenario, but from the user side, playing the scenario, they are all unchecked and have no effect.

I noticed A (toggles Hold/inherited WCS dortirne) and I (Yes/inherited ignore plotted course when attacking) key shortcuts only work if checkboxs are checked in upper level (side/mission) doctrine, not in unit itself.
