Exception Fuse Limit Reached

Hi. I was playing the Nicaragua Missile Crisis 2024 scenario, and got a pop-up that says my exception fuse limit has been reached. I'm not smart enough to know what it means lol.
I'll attach a screenshot of my game with the error pop-up, the exception log, the autosave, and the save I made a few minutes before.

This exception still happens in the last B1817.

Is it related with the scenario or CMO engine? Because there is no lua code.
