I think the bottlenecks mod is by far the most fun to play because of the need to move civilians and resources limiting your early game options and supplies while also requiring shipping. And the rail system in NE India (ferries rather than rail lines) changes everything for the good. The only problem is it does not have a functional AI (map changes and all). Is it possible to make modest changes to the AI to use the standards scripts with a scenario like this? I would dearly love to see a Nasty 1 (or 2 or 3) version of this scenario for play against Japanese AI, but I'm guessing that just not possible.

Yes, it's a good mod. Also, have them in mine (LST is a good designer) - new update soon on my mod. Sadly, no improved AI as it has taken 4 years to bring it to where it is now...best to find a reliable human opponent. I think AI is rubbish anyway.
