Blue Lines in Editor

Post by Dereck »

In the Locations tab where there are Headquarters assigned there are some that have blue lines. Is there any significance in the blue lines?

Thanks

Well, whenever I came across something I didn't understand in the editor I usually did a little experimenting.
What I would suggest is clicking on an HQ that has the blue line through it and compare it to one that doesn't have the blue line through it.
Do this a couple of times and you should be able to figure it out on your own.Anyway, I have no idea what it is.As I usually look at the allies in the editor....GP

There's blue lines for certain Allied HQs too.

I believe they are Command HQs. See Chris21wen unofficial Editors manual.

Thank you. Guess I re-reorder the HQs *sighs*

All I have is the stock Editor Manual - where is this unofficial editor manual?

There are certain slots in the editor that are best left alone - that's true. I have also fallen foul in the past.
And a few planes seem to have hard-coded weapon load outs that cannot be changed, even if you change them. The game uses the hard-coded for some planes and there maybe other things as well- like Kate's on PH , try changing the loadout and you will see.

Yes---Command HQs are in Blue. I changed two in BTS and they are now Blue.
