Main Effort special effect

Question concerning use of this [see screenshot] Main Effort special effect, after moving units to attack a hex. I can use the effect to defend in the hex, but not to attack. Is that a bug, or due to the fact that the attackers moved first?

Looks like you’re trying to Overrun (Moving Attack).

You can’t use Command Assets during a Moving Attack. Only a Deliberate Attack (at the start of your turn).
