37mm/63 Twin Burst (20 Rounds) #1553 Possible DB Error

I'm not sure where to post this. I believe that it is a possible DB error.

This gun is located on several Chinese ships, but it almost never (rarely) fires when the ship is under attack.

If you check on it manually, it almost always states that it is an OODA issue, and it states that the weapon must wait 281 seconds before it can fire.

That's almost 5 minutes.

In modern warfare, that's a lifetime, and the unit never fires. Is this correct?

We checked this again now and the problem seems to be gone. Can you update to the most recent DB and try it again?
