France Flag Bug

The Fascist flag for France is called FrV.bmp in the Flags folder but the line that calls for it in the .bcs file refers to it as MnV.bmp, hence when France goes Fascist the flag does not change.
A minor note - the manual implies all liberal democracies are treated similarly wrt unrest related changes of govt but UK and USA have GovernmentChange=0 (=remain liberal democracies) whereas France has =4 (means must go fascist).
