Air Travel Route Ignores Neutral Borders

When targeting a hex (ie. spotting a sea hex from land for example) with an air unit, while the pre-attack travel path clearly shows the neutral border as 'gone around/bypassed' the actual spotted path ignores this and reveals a 'straight line' reconnaissance (or attack) path.
