No go zones and exclamation points

I no longer see Allied ship and transport zones in the Med, nor to I see the "!" for maintaining garrisons in Poland and Manchuria. What happened?

Press the little blue button on the right hand side of the central panel near the bottom of the screen and they will return.

Probably not toggling this on. Its hard to see if its highlighted...even on a 40'' monitor like I use. Once I had it toggled off in a WaW match for quite awhile and couldn't figure out why the Soviets mobilization was skyrocketing. Finally remembered the button and the Manchuria ! was red as the gates of hell......
