UI changes suggestions

I can't stop playing SE recently and I have some UI changes suggestions:
1. When you recruit a new leader the character screen should display or at least a link to it in the confirmation screen. Often you recruit until you find a good candidate or extinguish options for further recruitment. This causes a lot of clicking between menus and it is probably my biggest UI offender.
2. It might be better to flatten the upper tabs so that Management tabs are not a submenu, but just appear like the others (a bit spaced out and with a bit different color maybe). This would eliminate a lot of clicking in the long run. Really, how much more intimidating the main screen UI can get after doing this? I think that the convenience outweighs all the concerns here.
3. In the upper bar Credits on-hover tool tip window could inform about current revenue/expenses totals and clicking it should open Treasury overview report (or at lest the Treasury report could have total revenue/expenses at the top so I don't have to scroll down to see it).
4. The same as above goes for political points (the current amount should be visible in the tool tip), though this UI element could point to the Empire dashboard.
5. Empire profile bar could show information about changes to the profile values.
6. Stratagem targets - I think that the current selected target could be more 'visually stressed'. Also, especially for HR cards, you often want to play several of them ay one go and being able to sort by relation in the target selection screen would be great.
7. Cult feat unit cards - they either could be less frequent and more powerful or they could benefit from the UI changes. After executing a stratagem the UI reverts back form the Target tab to the Stratagem tab and I want to grant feat unit to the next battalion so I have to click the target again, select the unit and execute. Rince and repeat. The UI could just not revert from the Target tab if there is still a same Stratagem card present.
8. Reports could benefit from pertaining sort orders, pagination and maybe some additional filtering as well (from my experience it pertains especially to Mining overview and maybe to Zones as well). When I want expand my resource extraction operations in the mid to late game I can have a lot of deposits. I want to select the one that won't cause admin strain and has a decent deposit size. This causes a long process of sorting the table, going through different deposits, clicking on them to see them on the map and going back to the report, sorting again, navigating to the proper page and then doing it again and again.
9. Later in the game you often may want to build more than 1 asset in the city concurrently (especially for the Government/Logistic assets in recently conquered/founded cities). It could be nice to 'Start construction' button not close the window, but just change to 'Under construction' or something like this (the same for upgrade ofc). Now you have to click construct again get to the correct tab and start the construction. If you want to just build one asset you can just 'escape out' from the menu and that's it.
Overall net clicking amount should decrease.
10. There is an Advice button in the top bar. It could be nice to have a similar button with demands (showing their quantity and linking to the Demands overview).

A lot of stuff, but maybe at least some of them could be implemented (especially the 1st one).
