Check your NetPlayReg.txt and your NetplayRegistration.txt file in your World in Flames folder. The first contains your username and password (along with your email address and country or region if you put those in the first time, but username and password are what you need) for the netplay forum; and the second contains your game serial number from your purchase of the game.

If you can still access those two files on the old PC, it may be easiest to just copy them over. Recently when I reloaded, the second file was there, but the first was empty. If you have to recreate the first file, it should be your username on the first line and your password on the second line and they should be the same as for accessing this forum but be careful because both must match any upper or lower case letters exactly. I believe the other two lines shouldn't matter.
