Can't dismiss MTH Leaders

open save, go to decisions, find Appoint governor decision, try cycle leaders by dismissing.

When hiring a leader for a new position, if the leader is an MTH provided leader they cannot be dismissed to cycle in the other leaders for possible choices. The relation modifier seems to apply though.

You can still dismiss non MTH leaders. (noted from previous leader Decisions)

Its due to the alliance with the MTH you have committed yourself to give them good jobs.

Vic, would it be possible then to at least have the "Dismiss" button greyed out if it is impossible to actually perform the dismissal?
