OP report directs you to the wrong location

Hello,
Playing the main campaign with republicans. In turn 4 the OP report points you towards Jerez Hex 68,133 ( Jerez de la frontera) instead Jerez de los Caballeros Hex 64,114 where the unit mentioned in the OP report appears.
