Railroad Moreda Hex 96,126 to Linares Hex 93, 118

Post by melvi »

I have given strategic move order to a new LCU that appeared this turn in Moreda hex 96, 126 to go Linares hex 93,118 to meet his parent unit that will appear there bit later. The path the unit is choosing seems wrong. The unit looks like is going Moreda-Lorca-Murcia-Albacete-Alcazar de San Juan-Valdepeñas-Linares ( like 70 hexes) and thats a loooooooooooooooong way when there is a direct path 10 hex long. I dont know if there is some kind of problem in the direct railroad line Moreda-Linares.

If there are enemy units near the shortest path, that will affect the route. The unit may not be able to take the shortest path.
Seek peace but keep your gun handy.

I'm not a complete idiot, some parts are missing! :o

Umhh that could be the case since there was a national unit in Villlacarrillo area, ill check further.

I have had units not move on a railroad at all because of enemy units in the vicinity and not even adjacent to the railroad. Maybe it was because of the risk involved.
