Request: jump to preset location addition

War in Spain 1936-39 is the first in a new wargame series, using a new Land-Sea-Air engine inspired by War in the Pacific - Admiral’s Edition. Gameplay and realism are improved by TRUE AI and a detailed Logistics systems. A hyper detailed OOB reaches down to battalion and company level. A beautiful, hand drawn, 5 nautical mile per hex map massively increases player immersion.

Request: jump to preset location addition

Post by Panjack »

Say you set a location (by, say, pressing CTL + 1 if you have a number pad), Pressing 1 will have the map attempt to center on that location. However, if the map is zoomed out it can be hard to see exactly where this location is. This is also true if the location is near the edge of the map so the map can't center on the location.

1. Would it be possible that if you, say, pressed 1 to have "location 1" have its hex borders in, say, black? This would make it easier to see where the location is
2. Would it be possible if you, say, press SHIFT + 1, then not only will be view be centered on location 1 but the location is also selected (as if you had clicked on it)?
