Nacionales Ejercito del Sur HQ going for a walk

War in Spain 1936-39 is the first in a new wargame series, using a new Land-Sea-Air engine inspired by War in the Pacific - Admiral’s Edition. Gameplay and realism are improved by TRUE AI and a detailed Logistics systems. A hyper detailed OOB reaches down to battalion and company level. A beautiful, hand drawn, 5 nautical mile per hex map massively increases player immersion.

Nacionales Ejercito del Sur HQ going for a walk

Post by melvi »

While I opened the turn I am playing with “the other side” to check the Italian CVE, I saw the Ejercito del Sur HQ going for a walk from Sevilla towards Caceres all alone by himself across my lines.. if that’s the behavior that HQ is going to behave… you better add it some “static devices” and script it to be placed in Sevilla I’d say.

Not a bug. These HQ can give combat boost to units in their radius. If they are not needed where they are, then the AI tries to move them to a site with lots of combat going on.
Does not mean the HQ do attack. They just move closer to the action so they can assist the LCU with their leader skills
Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!
