Mulitple post

Post by Chris21wen »

I and many others have problems with their systems not closing their messages after submitting. This results in multiple post as they just keep hitting submit until it does close. Most I've seen is three but it's ususally two. The message has been posted just the new topic form has not closed.

I alway wait a few second and see. If it does not closes I copy the content, so don't have to re-create it' and close it manual to check if it did. If it did not post then I create a new and post content.

I use PC WIndow 11 but it's been a problem from Window 10.

I used to have this problem. I made the habit that I would copy the text before posting, and then post. If the post ended with a timeout, and I had to try again, I had everything in that copy. :)

It was frustrating when it happened to me for sure. I think the problem is more of an internet connection thing, to the forum, rather than operating system.

I should have add it appears to be time related, the longer you take to write the more it's likely to occur.

I concur. There's a message at the bottom of the screen saying 'waiting for etc...'
