Looking for an opponent for SC WW2 - War in Europe

I've played SC ww2 - War in Europe for more than a few years but only against the AI and am looking for a human opponent. Is there any tutorial or FAQ on PBEM-Online play?

No tutorial that I know of. But I'm happy to play against you (two games as AXIS and ALLIES) and explain what's happening and coach you. If you're interested then PM me.
