Hi
I have some rail depots without rail cars units
Does someone know how to create this kind of units (it appears) to be necessary for logistics distribution ?
It's possible to produce the rail cars ?

Other question
It's better to let the truck units in the large bases with a lot of supply/fuel ? or it's better to let them with the frontline units ?

There are a limited number of rail cars produced in the game, you can make more RR logistical units if you desire.

The wheeled logistical units that are part of a larger unit will help that unit with supplies/ammo and can help other units with supplies/ammo in the same hex. Otherwise, if they are at a base they will ship supplies out. That is best done at a base with a train depot so a RR logistical unit at another base can drop off the supplies and then the logistical unit there will haul them to where they are needed. Think of this as a "hub and spoke" supply method. The hub is the main base where the trains drop off the supplies and then the truck/wagon/cart convoys will be the spokes delivering the supplies to the units and smaller bases.
