[WAD] B1817 Briefing html file not displayed in the editor, after the scenario is loaded.

When the html files are in the same folder than the scenario, they are displayed when you load it (scenario description and briefing).

But after it is loaded and you want to access it again (menu), only works with the description, not with the briefing.

Example: Trident Boreal.

I think this is WAD, because you are viewing this in "Scenario Editor" mode, not "Player" mode.

This is the only window in which the scenario author can specify that he wishes the briefing to be fed from an external document (the LOADDOC directive) rather than stored internally on the scenario.
