Lopez-Tienda Column

Post by potski »

In the Tutorial Scenario (and probably the others, I have not checked) the unit:

Lopez-Tienda Columna de Milicia

Starts the game on the map at Barcelona-Bordeta without being Attached to any HQ. This is the only Column in the Scenario that is neither attached to the Aragon or Levante Theatre HQs in the scenario files. Since it is in Barcelona in the game and was aligned to the PSUC in Catalunya in real life I cannot see a good reason why the player is left to notice this absence and attach it themselves, and believe this is an error. I suggest that it is attached in the Scenario files.

Remember that some units disband during the game, other units are renamed during the game.

"Lopez Tienda" isn't the only one. There are other disorganized militias in the Mallorca scenarios... It simulates the chaos of the first weeks on the Republican side.
The player can organize it in their own way or follow the anarchist flow.
Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!
