[RELEASE] WiTXtool: .dat File Extractor/Repacker for WitE2 & WitW

This tool allows you to extract and repack the .dat files used in War in the East 2 and War in the West, making it possible to view and edit .dat files. The extracted files are unserialized binary data. You will need a Hex Editor (like HxD) to make sense of the structures and edit strings.
