B1825 Unicode characters not displayed correctly after loading a scenario

I suppose this is a problem of CMO, not of the scenario.

"Ørland", "Álvaro" and "Bazán" are displayed incorrectly.


To reproduce load the scenario from this thread, not in the editor.

While loading, the characters are displayed correctly in the briefing.

Then in the Menu---Game---Side Briefing, they are not.
