There is no check for the condition whether the partisan has liberated Tirana.
Is Albania under SU control on 22.6.1941?

Which event is to trigger the events for Albania being liberated, including Event IDs 83, 84, 86, 87, and 88, which are set to inactive?

the game event editor has a search function although it does not search all fields per default. It's an easy find
