SB sidebar bug with mouse scrolling in 4k display

Mouse will not scroll left off screen in window mode after SB selected. Up, right, down all work. Also works in other display modes. Can press left mouse button and shift screen in all directions when this occurs. Just irritating.

Do you have a screenshot or a video clip you could share with us that shows the issue?
