This is clearly wrong. There were no Moroccans in Madrid on July 17. The units are labelled sort of like they are part of the 3rd Regiment, which was a Spanish Infantry Regiment

Also noticed that alot of the Madrid units are now Artillery......in prior versions, there was no artillery there. Not sure which one is right.

This new option is not correct...

All the cannons of the Madrid garrison fell into the hands of the Republicans, that is a proven fact.

The African troops (from the late period, armed with German machine guns) obviously have no business there.

Someone has started a very amateurish remake of SCN001.
Don't play this, it's nonsense.... :(

I need to check scenario 01. Of course, the Moroccans can't be in Madrid.

But as Dali says, there was artillery in Madrid. The use of heavy artillery by loyalist forces was decisive in suppressing the barracks where the military rebelled in Madrid, marking the failure of the coup in the capital.

That's all correct as the Republicans had the guns, however there are now 4 NATIONALIST Artillery Battalions in Madrid at-start

It's all wrong apparently

There is an error in the OOB system (not only in Madrid), which will be fixed in the next patch.

They hadnt the guns, but they captured the ones easily, just like you can.

I think the Nationalist Player should be able to save them if they are there.....just get out of Madrid immediately

If they are there at-start, maybe the trucks should be taken away from the units so they can't motor out of town

If the intent is for them to be taken by the Republicans, right now they are very easy to get out. I just did vs. a human.

1. Use one of the RR Engineering HQ units that starts in Parla; take the Village to the south of Madrid (Vallecas)
2. Now that hexside is OPEN; have everyone hit the road immediately and start driving

It's July 20, and they should arrive at Avila next turn, joining other Nationalists to take the town back. From there they will safely disband into the pool.

This would not be possible if those guns didn't have transport; you have to take the transport away. OR, zero-out the fuel.

There are other ways to get the units out without trucks . . .
Seek peace but keep your gun handy.

The ability of these artillery units to move will be reduced in the next patch.
