[WAD] DB 515 (beta) F-21 Artemis range torpedo

Hello,
im making this bug report to signal that the Artemis F-21 torpedo range is incorrect the Data base shows the correct 31nm max kinetic however the set range is 8nm

I'm not uploading a scen file because it can be replicated just by creating a scen and putting a barracuda class on the sea.
Currently the only way to shoot a torp beyond 8nm is to do it is to enable automatic and manual fire in doctrine options.
The torpedo dint worked like that before this update to im confuse at why the software act like that for this weapon.
If it is supposed to work this way im sorry to bother you, however since this DB is a beta i prefer to make a report anyway we never know...
