[1825.11 & 1825.15] Features & Realism Settings Pop Up at start

When starting a scenario normally (not in the editor) the new pop up window that displays the Features & Realism settings does not depict what one would see as chosen parameters in the editor.
For example, open the attached in the editor and then normally and compare the settings.
