[RESOLVED] Tides of War --Install Issue

I'm running v1.09.1825.2 without issue and purchased and downloaded Tides of War from the Matrix Store site. What downloaded was a zip file containing a 17 MB Application file: CMO-MultiDLCSetup-1.09.1825.15. Opening the file took me along the same path that was described in this thread

Matrix got my payment and Tides of War is listed among "My Games" on My Page, so I downloaded the March 24, 2026, version of CMO-MultiDLCSetup-1.09.1825.15 under My Downloads. Again, I got the same 17 MB Application file that came from the Store. I installed it and got the same results, telling me I needed to install 1825.15.

I went back to Store page and downloaded the Update v1.09.1825,15 version available on this page

This appeared to be the solution to the identical issue in the thread cited above, so I tried it next. This delivered a zip file containing a 276 MB Application file with the identical name as the file from the Store and My Downloads pages: CMO-MultiDLCSetup-1.09.1825.15. I installed it in my CMO folder and run it, and after the first install screen I get a second screen that reads:

VERSION TOO LOW
minimum version needed
to run this update is v1.08.1674.

The only options provided on this screen are to abort the install or get sent to the Members page. As I said at the outset, I have 1.09.1825.2 installed and running fine, so am way beyond the minimum 1.08.1674.

I don't see a way to download the DLC from the Store again without paying for it again.

Probably the most straightforward solution is to uninstall CMO (backup scenarios or anything you'd like to keep) and then download the full installer from Matrix and then apply the patch.

Just so I'm clear, by the "full installer" I take it you mean the CMO MulitSetUp v1.08.1674 from April 23, 2023, and then install the March 31, 2026, Update v1.09.1825.15 on top of that? The 2023 CMO v1.08.1674 MultiSetUp Installer is the latest one (by date) I can find in My Downloads that I would think was a "full installer" by its name, but I am way not an expert on this stuff, so any guidance/confirmation would be appreciated.

And, is the v1.09.1825.15 update comprehensive, in that it includes all updates since v1.08.1674 and I do not need to install any intermediary updates?

Yes, thats right. install the full game with the multi-setup file and then install the 1825.15 patch on top of that

I'm in a worse boat, as I have version 1.07.1567.06 My big question is after I delete the old version and reinstall the current version and update, will I have to manually reenter the DLCs with serial numbers? I have all of them.

Based on experience, you shouldn't have to. Those are stored on your PC and the reinstall seems to detect that.
