Playing a PVP game as the Allies and it is Jan 21, 1942 and still no USA entry into the war???

I just finished my Allied Jan 21, 1942 turn (Turn 81) and the USA are only 85% mobilized. My opponent has not used and diplomacy at all thus far. What gives??? I also haven't gotten the Russian Siberian reinforcements yet either??? What gives with that too?

That is only one turn later than historically, and US mobilization may be affected by other events so far, without knowing what has happened in your game, how many declarations of war both sides have made, and against whom, or what Decisions have been made that might impact on US mobilization, it is hard to really comment further.

Thanks Bill for your prompt reply. I just remembered that the Axis attacked Russia on July 22, 1941, instead of in June of 1941, so maybe that is why these events are somewhat delayed. I just finished my Allied March 4, 1942 turn and the USA is preparing for war being at 95% mobilization...but still no news about the Siberian reinforcements. Can they too also be this late because of when Russia was attacked? I checked all military events in the Log and couldn't see anything else that would account for this.

Yes, the Siberians are either triggered by Axis advances, or if not will deploy by a certain date (from memory probably May 1942).
