Impossible start a game

I have not had this problem before. With both warplan games there is no longer a choice of scenarios to stat, just an empty box. I reinstalled, verified files. Any idea on how to launch the game?

Could be security software interfering. Disable it and run the game.
If that doesn't work.
Run the game as "admin"

Are you using Steam or Matrix version?

Uninstall...
Go to this folder
C:\Users\...user name....\Documents\My Games\WarPlan Pacific\

Delete the following folders
\Campaigns
\UserSavedData

Reinstall.
