[Bug] Stalingrad to Berlin - Duplicate 18th SS Pzg Division and Missing Hermann Göring Panzer Division (1944)

Date: 9/1944
Description:
I encountered two issues with German SS / elite armored divisions in the "Stalingrad to Berlin" campaign while playing as the Axis:

Duplicate 18th SS Pzg Division
There are two separate 18th SS Pzg Divisions appearing on the map / in the force pool at the same time. This should not happen as there is only one historical 18. SS-Panzergrenadier-Division "Horst Wessel".
Missing Hermann Göring Panzer Division (Nr 1)
The Fallschirm-Panzer Division Hermann Göring (or 1st Hermann Göring Panzer Division) did not appear at its scheduled reinforcement / arrival time. I have not been able to locate it in the force pool, on the map, or in any Theatre Box.

Expected Behavior:

Only one 18th SS Pzg Division should exist.
The Hermann Göring Panzer Division should arrive on its historical / scheduled date and be available for the player.

Actual Behavior:

Duplicate 18 SS units present.
Hermann Göring division is completely missing despite the date being well into 9/1944.

Steps to Reproduce:

Load a saved game (or start a new Stalingrad to Berlin campaign as Germany).
Advance to 9/1944.
Check the German order of battle / force pool / map for 18th SS and Hermann Göring divisions.

Additional Information:

This is a single-player game against AI.
No mods or house rules were used.
Save game attached (if you allow attachments) or I can provide a save file upon request.
No error messages or crashes occurred; it is a unit duplication / missing unit issue.

HG Div is actually present in the game as HG Fallschirm Mot Div in West, transferring to NA on T5, to IT on T29 (likely after NA surrender) and to map on T87.
a rename for HG Fallschirm Nr.1 PzD is scheduled for T30
There may have been something gone wrong during the Na surrender and the unit was lost and not rebuilt. Or it was rebuilt but soemthing spoiled the rename and/or TB transfers.

18th SS is indeed a duplicate, actually starting with 1st RFSS Mot Bde

Regarding HG; do you see it listed as destroyed or disbanded at the time around the North African surrender?
