Latest Update - some questions

I see new update is available. I find it's great to reduce Requetes and Falanga exp. levels this will make it hard for the nationalists to do early blitz which republicans can’t counter in any way.

Also reducing mobility of Arty in Madrid is a good move but I wonder why that wasn’t done with Nationalist Arty in San Sebastian. I did some tests and it’s impossible to capture or destroy those arty units there (in reality the arty there was captured by the Republicans), they just move away…

Also I wonder why aren’t the bases in USSR connected by rail line which would allow transfer of supply/fuel/coal/oil between them? In reality they were all connected by rail so movement of resources between them was possible. Such thing was done in WITP-AE with eastern US which was connected to the West coast bases on the map.

Right now when the Norther enclave falls there is no way to redirect the resources from Leningrad/Murmansk to Odessa so it has to be transported by ship from both Leningrad/Murmansk bases to Spain via Gibraltar Strait which will just make those transports carrying stuff an easy target for the Nationalists and make transport impossible. Correct me if I’m wrong but most of the supply, armaments to the Republic came from Odessa/Sevastopol/Novorossiysk.

Which brings me to one other thing… what’s the rationale for some Italian,Soviet,German units appearing in Spanish bases instead of in its nations bases without the need of transporting them to Spain??
