Change PBEM adavanced preferences

Good morning,

recently started a PBEM match in this very interesting game. Our game is on the newest version that is currently still in Beta. We wanted to play with the "suply" replacement mode so that we can replace losses either by supply or reserve units.

Pretty sure we set that up corrrectly in the settings before creating the game. However, if we now go to the preferences screen while within the match it tells us that our replacement mode is "Pool". Is there a way to change it back to "supply" as we intended? How can this be done?

Correction: We are on the .54-version. Didn't see a new Beta came out a few days ago
