[FIXED] Aircraft on intercept mission runs out of fuel

Aircrafts on intercept or strike mission sometimes ignore bingo and continue to attack until they run out of fuel.

In this save a few Iranian F-14 crashes because of this

Fixed in the next release, aircraft/wingmen are properly RTB'ing for me on latest version
