[1.31t2] Inconsistent Profile Regime feat effect for "Martial Tournaments"

The regime feat "Martial Tournaments" from the Meritocracy profile states that it provides +25 bonus to Operational rolls, and yet in the Leader character page the presented bonus is +30.

(also typo: "Commands" => "Command", in regime feat description)

-Operational Command Roll is now +25 for Martial Tournaments Regime Feat
-Administration Roll is now +40 for Administrative Competence Regime Feat
