[1.31t2] Unit takes a KILL hit despite attack score of zero

A recon plane is intercepted by a fighter. Despite having a -100% attack score modifier, resulting in an attack score of 0, this is still considered a KILL hit. I know even a low attack score has some small probability to hit, but zero should probably mean actually zero.
