Online Session SCWWII War in Europe

Post by TaskForce38 »

Hey all,

I am looking for an opponent for Strategic Command War in Europa.
I don’t really have preferences which side I play.
I know the game mechanics but I certainly don’t know every detailed mechanic. I would consider myself as a strategically sound player though I have never played vs an human player.
So would be a first… :)

1939 it should be.
If we need certain rules, fine with me.
I cannot play every day but would try to play several times a week.

Let me know guys

Guten Abend TaskForce38,

INFO:

Vorschlag - kein Einmarsch in Neutrale Länder ausserhalb der Histoirie - kein Probezug / also keine Rückzüge.

Good evening, TaskForce38,

(INFO:)
(Mirror games involve playing both sides in parallel across two separate games—once as the Axis and once as the Allies.)

I have been playing the SC series—in all its variations—against the AI for years now.

I have also played a handful of multiplayer matches against various opponents.

I understand the game well, though I am not a "bean-counter" and do not rely on specific exploits just to ensure a win.

For me, the focus is on having fun and ensuring reliable turn exchanges.

I don't play every single day, but I do play most days—depending on our mutual schedule—and sometimes even play through multiple turns over a weekend.

I would be interested in trying a game as the Axis (1939 scenario) against you.

We are welcome to agree upon some house rules.

My suggestion: no invasions of neutral countries that deviate from historical events, and no "test moves"—meaning no undoing or rewinding moves.

Otherwise, we can tailor everything to our mutual preferences.

If you like, start a game as the Allies and send me the password here—and I'll see you in the game!

Best regards,

John

Hey John,
Very kind of you.
I have found an opponent and will concentrate on that one game as I don’t have that much time.
Thanks
